UW- Madison Division of Extension is providing a digital format of the Mindfulness-enhanced Strengthening Households Program (MSFP) beginning October 8, 2020. MSFP is a seven week program for households with youth ages 10-14. This system relies on the unique Strengthening Households Program and has been proven to enhance parenting practices, delay and cut back substance use in teenagers, cut back damaging and aggressive conduct in teenagers, enhance parent-youth relationships, and enhance guardian well-being.
MSFP makes use of training, dialogue and interesting actions to study and apply expertise every week. Among the matters for this system embody:
